About Niaomi: A city girl at heart from New York raised in Brooklyn, it’s the greatest city in the world! Since this is my stepping ground; I love everything about it from the food, music, fashion, culture, and diversity. It’s a place like no other. It’s mainly where my passion for journalism came from, writing has always been an outlet for me. I’m an HBCU alumna and a first-generation graduate, with a degree in Mass Communications my emphasis is in broadcasting, minoring in Prelaw. Another one of my happy places is Florida, college is to blame but in all good ways. Besides writing, I’m a vocalist. I’ve been doing it since I was a child. Studying my Master’s in New Media Journalism at Full Sail University, teaching, and content building.
